Volkswagen & Audi

Adero Law has become aware that certain practices may have occurred in the manufacturing of certain car models, including: 

• installation of a defective water pump in certain Volkswagen and Audi vehicles; 

• engaging in unfair and deceptive acts (misrepresentation) by knowingly and intentionally concealing that the vehicles suffered from any defects; and 

• failing to repair these defects pursuant to the express and implied warranty.  

If these practices have occurred in Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, Adero Law may pursue a class action against Volkswagen and Audi and seek compensation for any consumer who has or may suffer as a result of these defects. 

We are investigating potential consumer claims on behalf any individual who purchased a Volkswagen or Audi with a defective water pump. This may include the following car models:

• Certain 2015-2020 Audi A3 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2015-2020 Audi A4 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2015-2019 Audi A5 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2015-2020 Audi A6 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2015-2020 Audi Q3 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2015-2021 Audi Q5 Vehicles; 

• Certain 2017-2020 Audi Q7 Vehicles; and 

• Certain 2015-2020 Audi TT Vehicles. 

We aim to recover compensation payments for entitlements owed to consumers for defective vehicles. 

How to Participate 

Adero Law is seeking registrations from affected consumers to complete the necessary investigations before commencing any relevant claim.
