Services Services | Class Actions Sydney Trains Adero Law on 22 March 2024, filed a proceeding in the Federal Court of Australia against Sydney Trains, alleging that they have underpaid certain operations employees. Group members assert that they were regularly required to work in excess of the specified time, with a lack of overtime payments and that crib and meal breaks, were never administered. Wilson Security Adero Law filed proceedings on 27 October 2022 in relation to alleged contraventions of the Security Services Industry Award 2020.
